Thank you for commissioning me, it is my greatest honor to draw at your request. Though, I must ask that you read these terms before placing the order! ^^Do: Furries, Yumes, OCxCanon, Fan art, character sheets, roblox avatars, ship art
Don't: Pro/dark ships, gore, NFT, mecha (tho this one kind of depends.), heavy gore, NSFW, political or hate speech, complicated backgrounds are a maybe.. It depends.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel like the request is outside of my abilities or isn't a good fit for my style.
• The prices may vary depending on the complexity of the characters design, background, props, outfit, etc. (Will charge +$5)
• Unless discussed, commissions are personal use ONLY.𖤐⭒๋࣭ ⭑ - USAGE RIGHTS
• Personal use includes things like PFPs, Banners, Wallpaper, and personal social media posts with proper credit on all socials.
- cannot claim the art is yours
- Do not remove, crop out, or alter my watermark.
• I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork unless I create a separate agreement
• Free to repost the artwork and share the commissioned artwork just credit me: Spatchski
• My artwork is not to be used for AI, image generation, NFTs, etc.𖤐⭒๋࣭ ⭑ - TURNAROUND TIME
• Please be patient with me as I have a job while still going to college as well. Trying my best to balance all three
• Most commissions usually completed within 6-7 weeks, though this may vary depending on my schedule/workload.
• Sketches are usually done quicker though but that honestly depends on the number of commissions𖤐⭒๋࣭ ⭑ - UPDATES
• You can always ask for updates or the progress of your commission. I prefer if you asked every Friday about it! DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK, I swear I'm not like scary or anything 💔
• I'll have a Google Spreadsheet that will show the process of everyone's commission on my profile or carrd𖤐⭒๋࣭ ⭑ - PAYMENT
- Payment will only be due once I complete the sketch and you approve it.
- Once payment has been received, I will start on rendering the final piece and everything
- Work beyond the approved sketch will not begin until payment has been received.𖤐⭒๋࣭ ⭑ - REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• If you cancel after approving the sketch and submitting payment, you may receive a partial refund depending on how much of the commission has already been completed. A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to compensate for the completed sketch and time spent.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to these Terms of Service.
